How many cigarettes shall you smoke?
So how many cigarettes shall you have to smoke? It is up to you. Smoke cigarettes as many as you find enjoyable, but the general principle is that you can measure your progress:
The one who just begins smoking shall keep to the following regimen: 1-6 cigarettes a day (one in the morning, one before going to work or school, one at lunch, one in the afernoon, two in the evening).
Moderate smoker shall keep to the following regimen: 6-10 cigarettes a day (two in the morning, one before going to work or school, two at lunch, one in the afternoon, three or four in the evening).
Permanent smoker: 10-15 cigarettes a day (three in the morning, two before going to work or school, three at lunch, two in the afternoon, five in the evening).
A pack a day: 20 cigarettes a day (four in the morning, two before going work or school, three at lunch, two in the afternoon, eight in the evening).
One and a half pack: 30 cigarettes a day (seven in the morning, two before going to work or school, four at lunch, four in the afternoon, thirteen in the evening (about 1 cigarette in half an hour.
Heavy smoker: 2 packs a day (nine in the morning, three before going to work, five at lunch, six in the afternoon, seventeen in the evening (about 1 cigarette in 15 minutes.
Additionally, you will mainly smoke constantly and at another time (or most of the time).
By this we mean about 18 hours per day (for some this is less). Thus, if we define 5 minutes for smoking of a cigarette, the theoretical limit for smoking for this time is approximately 10 packs (204 cigarettes if to be precise).
If you smoke a few cigarettes at the same time, the number can be astronomical. But, as we mentioned, it is important not how many cigarettes you smoke but how much you enjoy each cigarette. Keep them counted, fellow-smokers!
Time to sleep is the longest period during which you do without smoking, and your body does not get nicotine. As smoking relaxes well, a few cigarettes before going to bed are a great way to end the day.
It is best of all to practice long, 5-7-second puffs and inhale smoke deeply before going to bed. As soon as you finish smoking a cigarette, take a new one. You can smoke a cigarette consequtively as much as you want. Smoking will allow you to find a few minutes for your pleasure before you fall asleep. So you will be in deep sleep and wake up as a full-fledged smoker.
There are no set rules in order to be a smoker. Be a personality, but reflect it maximally in your smoking. Smoking is a very pleasant experience, which attracts millions of men and women. However, do not make it asimple habit. Make it a ritual that is an integral part of you, and your experience will be endlessly progressed.
